Hi luv, I really wish that Im there with you in Ilokos right now. I am missing you so much. But, I know it can’t be… So sad…

This is the longest time that we wont be together in the past 2 months. Somehow it’s hard because Im quite used of spending most of my time with you.

I texted you this morning a quote (below). I was the “not so famous person” who composed that . I thought of that because I really wanted that somehow I could enter your other worlds. I really wish that all the “somedays” you’ve said will do come true.

Nostalgia

As I journey through life… I can say that my real treasures are the people who played a part

And the experiences I have gained…

It’s always nice to flip back to the pages of our life

To gain wisdom and learn a lesson… To simply give a smile on our face…

And to weigh what we’ve become…

Life may not be as beautiful as we hope to be…

But it’s one thing most of us would fight for

As having it would mean a chance

Of making it beautiful in our own ways…

I composed this poem I think last 2002 if Im not mistaken . We are exchanging text messages at that time with Eyrol Paloma, a high school classmate.

I do miss my high school days, classmate and the usual days back then.

When I texted that quote to him, he said ” why I am so nostalgic?” hehe. Of course, I am simply because I miss them… I miss my past…

The Beginning

I got interested in a blog because my boss is too much into it. She showed me how and where to have a free blog. Well since it’s free, I jumped into it. I started creating this sometime last October 2007. I just posted a few poems of my own. I decided to have my own blog because I wanted to have at least something new to do aside from routinary activities and most especially I want to communicate.

I named my blog ” words of my heart” because I want to share and write anything that comes from the heart. You can say that Im a deep person. Somehow, it’s true. For me, what are worth knowing are the things that comes from the heart because they are true and honest.

I wasn’t serious at first, I just posted 2 poems then I stopped. Now, Im doing it again because somehow Im inspired and I think I have much more to tell now. I deleted my old postings and redesigned my blog to make it better.

As i’ve said, “words of my heart” is my deeper voice and I want to share it.
